About Form Seven

Form Seven's product is Opsenda, a multi-marketplace seller operations platform: shipment workflows, product research, review requests, inventory and repricing, and profitability analytics for sellers on Amazon and Walmart. Opsenda is licensed to third-party sellers as software-as-a-service.

The business model is subscription software: independent, third-party sellers pay a monthly or annual fee to use Opsenda.

Opsenda's customers are third-party sellers who run their own businesses on Amazon and Walmart — unaffiliated with Form Seven. Each seller authorizes Opsenda to access their own marketplace accounts through the marketplaces' OAuth authorization flows, and can revoke that authorization at any time.

Sellers' data belongs to the sellers. Opsenda uses it solely to provide the service to the seller who authorized it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
