Pricing questions

How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually, in USD. Annual billing is ten months’ price for twelve — two months free. Additional team seats are $15/month on any plan, and plans can change at any time; the difference is prorated.
Can a seller connect more than one marketplace?
Yes — that is the point of Opsenda. A marketplace is one channel and country combination: Amazon US, Amazon Canada, Walmart US, and so on. Core includes 2 marketplaces, so a seller can run Amazon US and Walmart US side by side. Growth includes 6, and Scale has no marketplace limit.
What does "included when released" mean?
Opsenda ships module by module, and is currently in early access — sellers request access and are onboarded directly. Shipments and the operations dashboards are usable today; product research, repricing, and advanced analytics are in development; review requests are planned. Features marked "included when released" are part of the plan price — when a module releases, active subscribers get it at no additional cost.
How does a seller cancel?
From account settings, at any time — no phone call, no retention flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the subscription is not renewed after that.
What happens to a seller’s data after cancellation?
Sellers can export their data at any time while the account is active. After cancellation, marketplace authorizations are revoked and the seller’s synced marketplace data is deleted within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sellers can also request deletion sooner.
