Terms of service

Effective July 17, 2026

These terms are a contract between Form Seven LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Form Seven", "we"), and the person or business that creates an Opsenda account (the "seller", "you"). By using Opsenda you agree to them.

The service

Opsenda is a multi-marketplace seller operations platform licensed as software-as-a-service. Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable fees, Form Seven grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Opsenda for your own business operations during your subscription. Features are released module by module; features described as in development or planned are included in your plan when they release, and their release dates are not a contractual commitment.

Accounts and marketplace authorization

You connect your marketplace accounts through each marketplace's OAuth authorization flow — for Amazon, Login with Amazon. Opsenda receives only the access the marketplace grants under that authorization, and never your marketplace password. You may revoke the authorization at any time, in Opsenda or directly with the marketplace. You are responsible for keeping your Opsenda credentials secure and your account information accurate, and for making sure your use of Opsenda complies with the policies of the marketplaces you sell on.

Your data

You own your data. The marketplace data Opsenda syncs on your behalf and the content you create in Opsenda remain yours. You grant Form Seven the right to process that data solely to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your data at any time. After cancellation or on request, your synced marketplace data is deleted within 30 days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Opsenda for anything unlawful, or in violation of marketplace policies;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide Opsenda to third parties as a service bureau;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the service or its APIs beyond documented use;
  • circumvent security controls, rate limits, or plan limits;
  • upload content you have no right to use.

Form Seven may suspend accounts that put the service or other sellers at risk, with notice where practical.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed in USD, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Annual billing is ten months' price for twelve.
  • Additional team seats are $15/month per seat. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
  • New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. No payment method is required for the trial, and it does not convert to a paid plan automatically.
  • You can cancel at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the subscription is not renewed after that, and fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.

Intellectual property

Opsenda — the software, design, and documentation — is and remains the property of Form Seven LLC. If you send feedback or suggestions, Form Seven may use them without obligation to you.

Third-party marketplaces

Amazon and Walmart are independent companies with their own terms, and their names are trademarks of their respective owners. Opsenda is compatible with their seller APIs; Form Seven is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon or Walmart. Marketplace availability, API behavior, and policies can change in ways outside Form Seven's control.

Warranty disclaimer

Opsenda is provided "as is" and "as available". Form Seven does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that marketplace data — including estimates such as sales projections and profit calculations — is accurate or complete. Business decisions made using Opsenda are yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Form Seven's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the12 months before the claim, and Form Seven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Termination

You may stop using Opsenda and cancel at any time. Form Seven may terminate for material breach of these terms if the breach is not cured within14 days of notice. On termination your access ends and your data is handled per the retention schedule in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

Form Seven may update these terms. Material changes are announced to active sellers by email at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
