Privacy policy
Effective July 17, 2026
This policy explains what data Form Seven LLC collects through the Opsenda application and the opsenda.io website, why it is collected, how it is protected, and the choices sellers have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past — if anything is unclear, email contact@opsenda.io.
Who we are
Opsenda is operated by Form Seven LLC, a Florida limited liability company and software development business. Form Seven licenses Opsenda to third-party marketplace sellers as software-as-a-service. Form Seven is the data controller for the website and a processor of the marketplace data that sellers authorize Opsenda to access. Mailing address: Form Seven LLC,3140 W 84th St, Unit 7, Hialeah, FL 33018, United States.
Marketplace data Opsenda collects
When a seller connects a marketplace account, Opsenda accesses data through the marketplace's official APIs — Amazon's Selling Partner API and Walmart's seller APIs — strictly under the authorization the seller grants. The categories are:
- Orders — order and order-item records, statuses, quantities, and fulfillment details.
- Inventory — stock levels, inbound shipments, and fulfillment center receiving data.
- Pricing — listing prices, competitive price points, and fees.
- Settlement and financial data — marketplace fees, settlement reports, and per-order financial events for the seller's own account.
- Product catalog — listings, identifiers, and attributes.
Opsenda does not access buyer personal information. The API roles Opsenda requests do not return buyer names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses, and Opsenda does not store any such data. The people whose data Opsenda processes are the sellers who sign up — not their customers.
Lawful basis and purpose limitation
The basis for processing marketplace data is the authorization each seller grants through the marketplace's OAuth flow — for Amazon, Login with Amazon — together with the contract between the seller and Form Seven. Marketplace data is used for exactly one purpose: providing the Opsenda service to the seller whose account it came from. It is not used for advertising, not aggregated across sellers for resale, not sold to anyone, and not shared with anyone other than the subprocessors named below.
Data sellers provide directly
Account details (name, email address, company), billing information, support conversations, and anything submitted through the contact form on this site. The contact form sends your name, email, company, marketplaces, and message to Form Seven by email so we can reply; submissions are not used for marketing lists.
This website
opsenda.io sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers of any kind. The hosting platform keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and operations.
Subprocessors
Form Seven uses the following infrastructure vendors, and no other party receives seller data:
- Microsoft Azure — application hosting and data storage. Data is stored in the East US region, in the United States.
- GoDaddy — email for the opsenda.io domain, used for business correspondence, contact-form messages, and service notifications. Marketplace data is not stored or processed there.
If this list ever changes, this policy will be updated and active sellers will be notified by email before the change takes effect.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest. Marketplace access uses OAuth tokens scoped to what the seller authorized — Opsenda never sees or stores marketplace passwords. Access to production systems is role-based and limited to personnel who need it. The security page describes these controls in more detail.
Retention and deletion
Marketplace data is retained while the seller's authorization and subscription are active, so the service can show history and trends. When a seller cancels, closes their account, or asks us to, their synced marketplace data is deleted within30 days. Sellers can export their data at any time before that. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Revoking authorization
Sellers can revoke Opsenda's access at any time — from inside Opsenda, or directly in Amazon Seller Central or the Walmart seller portal. Revocation takes effect immediately: syncing stops, and the seller's marketplace data follows the deletion schedule above.
Access and deletion requests
To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, email contact@opsenda.io from the address on your account. Requests are answered within30 days.
Marketplace data policies
Data obtained through Amazon's Selling Partner API is handled in accordance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy; data obtained through Walmart's APIs is handled in accordance with Walmart's developer policies. Where a marketplace's policy is stricter than this document, the stricter rule is applied.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes are announced to active sellers by email before they take effect.
